Professor Cary Mazer's short play "A Puppeteer with the Palsy" to be published in the Ratapallax poetry magazine

Professor Cary Mazer's short play, A Puppeteer with the Palsy Apologizes to his Puppet will be published in a special “Parkinson’s Poetry” issue of the on-line magazine Rattapallax called Walking the Line - An Anthology of Parkinson’s Writing on April 28th. This short play is adapted from his full-length play, A Puppeteer with the Palsy Performs Scenes from Shakespeare, or, The Ghost in the Machine, which was workshopped a few years ago with grants from the School of Arts and Sciences Research Fund and the Sachs Program for Arts Innovation. A launch party sponsored by the  Bowery Poetry Club streams on April 28th at 6PM EDT, and will include a five-minute excerpt of the play. The anthology appears in conjunction with the film “Hal and Minter,” which debuts the next day at the Reelabilities Film Festival, and streams from April 29th to May 5th.
