The aim of this course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of directing through an introduction to the functional tools of the craft.  Classes provide lectures and practical work in dealing with topics such as the function of the director, analyzing a script, visual composition, blocking, stage business, and working with actors.  Prerequisite: Introduction to Acting.
